Attached is the only photo that I have of Elam A. Hogaboom (1815-1884).  He is pictured here with his wife Margaret Wells Hogaboom (1822-1900-buried Jobs corner).  We believe that this photo was taken somewhere in the tri-counties area but do not know for sure and do not have a specific date.  Elam Hogaboom lived mostly in Elmira but as you know, how everyone else also did in this area, he also lived in Tioga and Bradford counties. We estimate that the time frame is somewhere between 1850-1880.  There are no other marking on the photograph (on the back),  the name on the front is the only one.  I know this isn't very helpful but as of now you know as much about this picture as we do.  Maybe you have heard of the photographer before.  Sorry I couldn't be more helpful with this.

Joyce, Attached is a photo that was given to me by Beverly Smith of her grandmother Mabel HOGABOOM Smith.  The women in the photo are the daughters of Floyd HOGABOOM and Mahala GARRISON Hogaboom with the exception of the woman in the middle.  Her name is Jessie JOHNSON Drake and she was the daughter of Eugene Johnson of Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY and the niece of Floyd.  The women were born in Elmira, Chemung Co., NY. The women are (left to right): -Atta Lucelia HOGABOOM Dickenson b. 16 Jun 1892 d. 14 Oct 1981.  Married Leroy Ezra Dickinson (Roy Dickinson) 20 May 1915 -Rose HOGABOOM Jennings b. 15 Feb 1884 d. 17 Sep 1963.  Married Selear E. Jennings 02 Nov 1904 -Jessie JOHNSON Drake b. 1880 d. 10 Aug 1963 -Lena HOGABOOM b. 28 Oct 1875 d. 01 Nov 1943.  She never married. -Mabel HOGABOOM Smith b. 11 Jan 1886 d. ?.  Married Lawrence V.
