These markers are included here only because those of you who are joining
me in this pursuit of the unusual flagholder will get fooled just
as I do. You will learn that the cemetery perpetual care markers stuck
in the ground next to a tombstone can send you into ecstasy until you realize
what they are. They come in unusual shapes and stand out for that reason.
You will drive in to a cemetery, spot it immediately and experience only
disappointment when you actually read it. These are placed by graves for
which an endowment fee has been paid for perpetual care. |
