Going south on Rt 14 (towards Elmira) in Pine Valley watch for Cemetery Road on the right.  Follow the road up and thru the farm pasture to the cemetery.  All stones checked April 1999 by W.E. Fenton.  Bim VanEtten added some death dates in June 2003. Records typed by Sherry Nichols from the file kept at Steele Memorial Library.

Thank you for the work you have done in making these records easily accessible. I am related to the Dilmores buried in Pine Valley - Mortimer is my great-grandfather,
A few notes for you -
      Elizabeth D. Soper - maiden name was Dilmore.
      Grace K. Dilmore - maiden name was King, daughter of Milo King, also of that area.   Actually Grace was her middle name.  Her first name was Cassandra, but no one ever used it.
I have actual dates of death for both Mortimer and Grace in notes.  Would you like them for your records even though those dates are not on the grave stones?
About 20 years ago I visited the cemetery with my Grandfather, Edward King Dilmore (son of Mortimer and Grace.)  He told me which were brothers and sisters of each generation.  Unfortunately I have lost the notes.  Are there any Chemung Country or Catlin Town records which could help me sort them out?  The problems are sorting whether some are sons/daughters or nieces/nephews of a generation, and generations over lap - For example: my grandfather's youngest sister was about the same age as my father, and another of my grandfather's sisters had a daughter is my age.
