Located in the Town of Southport, Chemung County, New York in the Seeley Creek Valley near the state line where John Kelly and his wife Hannah resided. Some of the older residents remember two markers along the west side of present Route 328 very near the road in the early 1930?s. The highway has been widened at least twice and it is believed the burials are under the edge of the highway or the shoulder of the road. The markers were about 100 feet north of the residence of Raymond and Julia Jones whose residence is next to the State Line Hotel situated next to the state line. Hannah was deceased before 19 Feb 1824 when John executed a Will. John died after the execution of his Will and before 19 Nov 1825 when the Will was probated.
